Classy Lady
Meet Carrie Underwood. I think she's the only one left in the (modern) music industry with class and humility...oh, and talent. I just watched a concert of hers on the television and she should be who the little tweens admire. Not Britney. Not to say that I don't listen to Brit on occasion and I did go to her concert, but she isn't someone I would want my precious twelve or thirteen year old seeing or hearing. Anyway, back to Carrie, she is amazing. I like Carrie because 1. She can sing. 2. She is a good Christian. 3. She seems very approachable. 4. She (for the most part) avoids tabloids spreading rumors about her. 5. Because of this song:
Here's to you, Miss Underwood, here's to you.
Here's to you, Miss Underwood, here's to you.

Moscow, not Moscow
Not here:

Moscow, Idaho
I'm moving to Moscow, Russia to teach English for four months! I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself! Every building there looks like it's straight out of a fairytale. I leave sometime in August and return in December. I will live in a dorm with other teachers and teach kids between the ages of 4 and 8. I will also get to travel to surrounding cities and countries. Go look up pictures of Moscow...you will be amazed.

Accuracy
I'm not normally a believer in quiz results, however, this one actually got it right....i like to think anyway. Here is what it said about me and what color matches my personality:
You are black! You are probably an introverted, indifferent sort of person. You aren't necessarily emo or really hateful, though you can be.... You just aren't bubbly and happy all the time like yellows, oranges, and pinks. In fact, you probably have a hard time putting up with people who ARE happy all of the time. You are probably intelligent and artistic, and maybe a little bit of a loner. You do have friends, you just don't mind being alone. Gives you time to think. You are a little blunt, and you usually tell it like it is. You are classy, and simplicity goes a long way with you. You can be a little off-beat, your interests may not go with "the norm". As for your friends, you love them deeply. You may not have many close friends, but you choose them carefully. You are incredibly loyal to your friends, and they know they can count on you. You'd do just about anything for them, and they know it. You probably don't show your feelings so much, but you do have feelings. Deep ones, too. You feel things deeply, and you can be passionate - you just don't show it. Your sense of humor is probably a little dark, but you do love to laugh. You can be totally crazy when you open up, but you rarely do. You, in a nutshell: Classy, introverted, loyal, a bit of a loner, unique, edgy, deep, artistic, crazy (rarely), intelligent. BLACK! .
Interesante, no?

Oh Hello
So I got to pay a visit to Karissa, Brady and Lily. I love when I get to do that. It was great despite the weather being awful and the cable not working. Ha. Take a look into my pleasant time off:

A Day With the BF
Yesterday, I finally got to spend a few hours with this guy:

We haven't had a day to play in a few months and spending time with him was so much fun! I miss him. We went and played in the dirt and ate rocks...ok, that's what Lukey did while I took pictures and laughed at every move he made. Then we went to get ice cream and play at the park. By the time we got back, he was filthy! He had dirt and ice cream all over his face and clothes. All I could do was laugh and hope the stains came out of his awesome shirt (sorry Megan). Here are a few pictures from the day:
